Bride celebrating with her wedding party
YOUR WEDDING, WITH FEWER UNKNOWNS

The bride’s guide
to photo + film.

Clear answers for choosing coverage, building a camera-friendly timeline, and knowing what to expect before you reserve your date.

START HERE

Choose coverage around the story—not just the clock.

Your hours should cover the moments you care about most, with enough breathing room that the day never feels rushed.

4–6 hours

Focused celebrations

Best for intimate timelines, a single location, or couples prioritizing the ceremony, portraits, and key reception moments.

8 hours

The complete arc

A balanced choice for getting ready through the main reception events, with time for portraits and details.

10 hours

Full-day storytelling

Ideal when you want both sides getting ready, multiple locations, generous portrait time, and more of the reception documented.

Not sure which fits? Share your draft timeline in your inquiry. We’ll help you find the right amount of coverage before you sign.

A BETTER WEDDING-DAY FLOW

Build in room for real life.

The strongest timelines protect the meaningful moments without making you watch the clock.

01

Keep details together

Set aside the rings, invitation suite, jewelry, shoes, veil, and any heirlooms before coverage begins.

02

Protect portrait time

Leave a buffer around couple and wedding-party portraits so weather, traffic, or a late start does not create stress.

03

Plan around the light

If golden-hour portraits matter to you, we’ll help place a short portrait window near sunset without pulling you away for too long.

04

Share the final timeline

Your planner, venue, DJ, and creative team should all work from the same final schedule before the wedding.

QUESTIONS BRIDES ASK

Everything you need to know.

Do all wedding collections include both photo and film?

Yes. Golden Hours Atlanta is built as one coordinated photography and film team, and wedding collections include both services.

How soon should we inquire?

As soon as you have a confirmed date and venue is ideal, especially for popular Saturdays. Your date is reserved only after the agreement is signed and the retainer is received.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is three to six weeks from your event date. An Express Edit option is available for a 10-business-day turnaround at an additional $450.

Do you travel outside Atlanta?

Yes. Travel within a 30-mile Atlanta metro radius is included. Travel beyond that area starts at $300 and is quoted based on distance and any overnight needs.

Can you work with our planner and venue?

Yes. During planning, we can coordinate the final timeline and priorities with your planner or venue contact so everyone is aligned before the wedding.

What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

That is completely normal. We provide clear, natural direction when it helps and give you space when the moment is already happening. Engagement sessions are also a great way to get comfortable before the wedding.

Can we send inspiration photos?

You can share what you are drawn to so we understand the mood and priorities. Final composition, pacing, and editing stay true to Golden Hours Atlanta’s original creative approach.

What happens after we inquire?

We personally review your details, confirm availability, and follow up within 24–48 hours with the clearest next step—usually a short consultation to discuss your vision and collection options.
