We hop on a short call — phone or video, your choice — to talk through your vision, walk through package options, and make sure we're the right fit for each other before anything is signed. Ask us anything, from our editing style to how we handle a rain plan.

Once you're ready to move forward, we send a straightforward digital contract and lock your date with a retainer. No confusing fine print — just clear terms covering deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule. Your date is only guaranteed once the retainer clears, so popular Saturdays are worth booking early.

About two to four weeks before your event, we schedule a planning call to finalize your day-of timeline, must-have shot list, and any specific moments you want captured. If you're working with a planner or venue coordinator, we loop them in directly so everyone's aligned before the cameras roll.

This is the day it all comes together. Both directors show up on-site, shooting photo and film side by side from a single shot list — no juggling separate vendors, no explaining your vision twice. We move efficiently and stay out of the way when it counts, so you can actually be present in your own day.

After your event, our team gets to work editing your gallery and film. Standard delivery is three to six weeks — couples who need it sooner can add the Express Edit option for 10-business-day turnaround. You'll receive a private online gallery and your film, ready to download, share, and keep forever.
